Recipe: Super Powered, Toddler Smoothies

Smoothies are the best way to get extra fruit & vegetables into a toddlers diet. They're quick & easy and they make the perfect breakfast, snack or on-the-go treat! Here are our two favourite ohbaby smoothies.

 

Pink Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 ohbaby pouch of Beet, Banana, Mango, Sunflower Seed / Raspberry Chia Pear

1/2 Cup strawberries

1 Fresh banana

1 Tsp honey (optional for +1 years of age)

1/3 - 1/2 Cup Almond/ Oat/ Cows Milk

Method:

Combine & blend until smooth & serve! 

 

Nutty Oat Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 ohbaby pouch of Date, Oat, Almond Butter, Coconut Oil

1 Fresh banana

1 Tsp honey (optional for +1 years of age)

1/2 Cup Almond/ Oat/ Cows Milk

 

Method:

Combine & blend until smooth & serve!
