Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com with clear photographs of the damage. If we approve the exchange you will be required to keep the damaged goods until we organise a collection and exchange. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. The collection of the damaged goods and the delivery of the exchanged goods may occur on two separate occasions.
